Running Tip of the Month!

Beat the heat!

Allow about two weeks to acclimate to the heat.  Once acclimated, make sure to take fluids along with you on any run over 90 minutes.  Make sure you take in enough sodium along the way.

Training Camp

Every Year, we organizer a series of training runs on the Bel Monte Course to help runners prepare for the race.  The runs are led by David Snipes "SNIPER".

Below is a list of the dates for the 2010 "Bel Monte Training Camp".  More details coming soon.
